PROCESS ECOSYSTEM
Tooling, thermal control, process software and handling directly influence forming quality, changeover, cycle time and production stability.
01Mandrels, segmented tooling, forming rollers, holders and process paths are developed together around the material, blank and machine.
02Preheating, tooling heating, flame heating, product cooling, lubrication, spraying, exhaust and transfer can be integrated.
03DIN-KO Spinning Process Software
Manage recipes, roller paths, multi-pass setup, process parameters, tooling data, versions and alarm records.
04Robots, dual grippers, positioning, measurement, transfer, buffering, vision and safety are engineered around the production flow.
