ENGINEERED FROM PROCESS. BUILT FOR PRODUCTION.
PROCESS DEVELOPMENT
Cold, warm or hot conditions are developed around ductility, strength, work hardening, heat treatment, reduction, geometry and quality.
01Mandrel and rollers control material flow, wall reduction and axial elongation. Passes, feed path, heating and downstream machining are developed together.
02Conventional spinning, shear forming, flanging, necking-in, tooth and spline forming are selected according to the part.
Confirmed materials include aluminum alloys, oxygen-free copper, stainless and alloy steels, and C-103 niobium alloy. Others require feasibility review.
04For long tubes, thick walls and high-load rotational components across development, prototypes, small batches and serial production.
MANUFACTURING SERVICES
Customers can validate the process, tooling and market before equipment investment, then select the production path.
01Begin with one prototype, confirm formability, wall, dimensions, appearance and stability, then define operating and inspection methods.
02DIN-KO can develop tooling and rollers, prototype, validate small batches and plan serial production using customer requirements.
03Mandrels, rollers, holders, fixture parts, machine components and post-forming machining are developed as one system.
04First-article, in-process and final inspection can be combined with NDA, drawing, version, photography and project-data controls.
