PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

Validate the process around material, preform and forming path

Cold, warm or hot conditions are developed around ductility, strength, work hardening, heat treatment, reduction, geometry and quality.

Flow Forming

Mandrel and rollers control material flow, wall reduction and axial elongation. Passes, feed path, heating and downstream machining are developed together.

Multi-Process Spinning

Conventional spinning, shear forming, flanging, necking-in, tooth and spline forming are selected according to the part.

Material & Component Range

Confirmed materials include aluminum alloys, oxygen-free copper, stainless and alloy steels, and C-103 niobium alloy. Others require feasibility review.
